MILWAUKEE SYNTHETICS LLC

AMSOIL Synthetic Blend 15W-40 Heavy Duty Motor Oil (PCO) features a dual-base of premium synthetic and hydro-processed base oils in formulation with proven high quality anti-wear additives. This multi-use oil is designed for both heavy-duty diesel engines (including modern EGR units) and gasoline engines, combining versatility and heavy-duty engine protection into one cost effective motor oil. It is formulated with high levels of dispersant and detergent additives that effectively control acids and soot thickening to prevent corrosion, wear and deposits. AMSOIL Synthetic Blend 15W-40 Heavy Duty Motor Oil is excellent for all season use in on or off road applications. Maximizes Fuel Economy, Minimizes Oil Consumption and Emissions The synthetic base oil component in AMSOIL PCO reduces oil volatility (burn-off). Less make-up oil is required to replace volatilized oil and less oil vapor gets into the exhaust stream. Oil viscosity increase is controlled, which minimizes drag for better efficiency. Improved Extreme Temperature Performance Unlike other semi-synthetic oils, AMSOIL PCO contains a high content of quality synthetic oils for enhanced performance. Heat and oxidation resistance are improved for clean engine operation and long lasting engine oil service life. Dependable cold temperature flow is assured for easier start-up and improved post start-up protection. Here is the latest (05/09/07) DATA BULLENTIN on PCO.
Synthetic 10W-30/SAE 30 Heavy Duty Diesel Oil (ACD)
AMSOIL Synthetic 10W-30/SAE 30 Diesel Oil (ACD) is formulated with premium synthetic base oils that exceed both 10W-30 multi-grade and SAE 30 straight-grade viscosity requirements for outstanding performance in modern and older diesel engines. Unlike conventional SAE 30 motor oils, AMSOIL ACD has a naturally high viscosity index and does not contain paraffin (wax). It has a -36°F pour point and qualifies for SAE 10W, making it an “all season” multi-grade lubricant with a wide operating temperature range. AMSOIL ACD is formulated without viscosity index improver's (VI). This shear stable formulation stops viscosity loss and associated bearing and cylinder bore wear. AMSOIL ACD contains premium additives with a high 12 TBN to neutralize acids from blow-by, exhaust gas recirculation (EGR) and high sulfur diesel fuels.

It protects against damaging piston deposits, ring sticking and sludge. AMSOIL, the leader in automotive synthetic lubrication, produced the world’s first API qualified synthetic motor oil back in 1972. Trust the extensive experience of AMSOIL The First in Synthetics® to do the best job protecting your equipment. APPLICATIONS Where these viscosity grades are specified, AMSOIL Synthetic 10W-30/SAE 30 Diesel Oil (ACD) provides outstanding performance as a straight-grade SAE 30 for older two- and four-stroke diesels and as a multi-grade SAE 10W-30 in modern four-stroke diesels as well as gasoline engines. AMSOIL ACD is ideal for use in a wide variety of light and heavy-duty applications, including agriculture, off-road construction, trucking, mining, industrial (pumps and generators) and personal automotive or commercial transportation. It is recommended for use with low or high sulfur diesel fuels in standard, turbocharged or supercharged engines, including modern low emission diesels such as those equipped with EGR systems.
